The Sales & Marketing team manages customer relationships and guides them through purchasing a new home. They focus on delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction before and after purchase.
You Will Be Expected To:
* Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing buyers.
* Be knowledgeable about the company's house types, specifications, and procedures.
* Maximize sales through group schemes and qualified customer engagement.
* Maintain accurate paperwork and site administration within deadlines.
* Stay informed about legal requirements such as Consumer Protection laws, H&S, Data Protection Act, and Consumer Code.
* Build effective relationships with colleagues and external contacts, including the Sales Manager and Site Management team.
* Manage the CRM database and support sales activities.
* Ensure show homes, completed products, and sales offices are well-presented and signage is maintained.
* Participate in PR and marketing initiatives.
* Conduct local market research and competitor analysis.
* Attend training sessions as scheduled by the Sales Management team.
* Handle credit and debit card transactions in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
