IT Finance Analyst - 12 month FTC
London (Hybrid) | £75,000–£80,000
Arthur Financial have partnered with a leading global insurance firm, who are looking to hire an IT Finance Analyst to support a busy and evolving IT finance function.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with the numbers, taking ownership of forecasting and reporting processes, while also looking for ways to improve and evolve how things are done.
The Role
* Own and support forecasting, budgeting and planning cycles across IT spend
* Deliver accurate and insightful reporting and analysis
* Work at a detailed level to understand and control actuals (costs, FTE, etc.)
* Partner with stakeholders across IT and finance to provide commercial insight
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and data quality
* Support the ongoing development and embedding of forecasting and reporting models
What they’re looking for
* Strong experience across forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis
* Comfortable working at a granular / transactional level
* Proven ability to own BAU processes end-to-end
* Experience supporting or implementing process improvements or system changes
* Proactive, curious and motivated with a “roll sleeves up” mindset
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with tools such as TM1, Anaplan, Hyperion or similar would be beneficial
