Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm based in Stockport for a Family Law Solicitor to join their growing team.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and client-focused solicitor to join a supportive firm offering genuine career progression and a competitive salary package.Family Law SolicitorLocation: StockportSalary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum (DOE)Job Type: Full-time, PermanentThe RoleYou will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients. The role offers autonomy while working within a collaborative and experienced team.Key Responsibilities as a Family Law Solicitor:
* Managing a caseload of family law matters from instruction to completion
* Advising clients on divorce and financial remedy proceedings
* Handling private children matters
* Dealing with domestic abuse and injunction applications
* Drafting legal documents and court applications
* Attending court hearings where required
* Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent client care
About you as a Family Law Solicitor:
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
* Previous experience handling a family law caseload independently
* Strong knowledge of divorce, finances, and private children matters
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
