About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will take responsibility for an Extra Care service supporting adults with a variety of needs, including mental health and complex care requirements. You’ll lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing. What we’re looking for
* At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within Health & Social Care
* Experience working with adults with mental health needs, complex care, or behaviours that challenge
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and engage your team
* Good IT skills
* A recognised Health & Social Care qualification (NVQ Level 4 or equivalent – e.g. Nurse, Social Worker)
