UK Finance has an ambitious Events and Training portfolio and supports 20,000Event delegates and learners a year, employed by some of the largest firms in the world. You will gain exposure to a wide range of Events and Training both face to face and virtual held in our offices at Angel Court or other Event Venues around London.Typical work that you could be involved in will include:Providing administration support for all events and training workshopsAttendance at events and training workshops (sometimes out of hours)Assisting with the running of our Webinar programs.Producing and analyzing our post event feedback forms.Providing event assistance with the Events Leads.Conducting competitor analysis.Working closely with the commercial partnership team to identify new opportunities.Working with marketing to lead on developing our L&D data base.Creation and data input for certificate modules on LMS.Supporting our LMS system.Supporting our IFABL qualifications programme and content review.Liaising with venue poc and accompanying on site visits.Supporting the CDT team on other administration across the department.QualificationsAs a minimum requirement candidates must have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.1 Bachelordegree or equivalent.For whom are UK Finance looking?In order to be considered for this role candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:A clear, concise writing style.A can-do attitude towards life and work.A passion for self-learning and the learning of others.A self-starter who has the willingness to get things done.A confident verbal communicator who can listen attentively as well as speak.The ability to learn quickly, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.The ability to work with team members even though you might not agree with them.The ability and attitude to find solutions to problems.Proficient in a suite of Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint Excel).Salary and benefitsper annum (pro rata) plus daily travel expenses28 days holiday per annum (pro rata and which is inclusive of public holidays).Duration of internshipTwo to four months from June 2026 depending on the needs of the business and the internavailability.Other informationWe welcome applications from all candidates, however unfortunately, we are unable to employ anyone who does not have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
