Exciting Times for Specialist Social Work in Walsall If you are a Newly Qualified Social Worker looking to undertake an ASYE programme or an Adults or Children’s Social Care experienced and qualified Social Work practitioner, we have an opportunity for you! Newly Qualified Social Workers: G8 £39,152 - £41,771 per annum (Pro rata to hours worked) Experienced Social Workers: G9 £42,839 - £46,142 per annum (Pro rata to hours worked) 2 x 37 hour posts 1 x 30 hour post 1 x 18.5 hour post Ref: SS00226 Why Walsall? Our Vacancies We are currently looking for Social Worker’s to join our teams across Adult Social Care where you will work closely with people, social care and health colleagues, and others to co-produce strengths based care and support plans to support people to live the life they want. A BPSS check involves four main elements; Identity Check, National and Immigration Status, Employment History (last 3 years) and Verification of Criminal Record (unspent convictions only).
