Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop business models to support new and existing investment products
2. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to deliver actionable financial insights
3. Analyze product profitability drivers and present findings in clear, impactful reports
4. Support regulatory submissions and internal model validation reviews
5. Contribute to monthly financial reports with meaningful data and analysis
6. Participate in company-wide budgeting and forecasting processes
7. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and ad hoc financial initiatives
8. Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner
9. Ensure effective controls and governance in all financial processes
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
10. Professionally qualified in finance or accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, university degree or equivalent)
11. Advanced Excel skills; SQL experience is desirable
12. Proven ability to report complex data findings clearly to stakeholders
13. Demonstrated skill in constructing detailed financial models and communicating key assumptions and outputs
14. Ability to work with and manipulate multiple data sets to solve analytical questions
15. Strong commitment to problem solving and attention to detail
16. Ability to manage workload and competing priorities effectively
17. Energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn and develop rapidly
