Job Responsibilities:
* Develop business models to support new and existing investment products
* Collaborate with product and marketing teams to deliver actionable financial insights
* Analyze product profitability drivers and present findings in clear, impactful reports
* Support regulatory submissions and internal model validation reviews
* Contribute to monthly financial reports with meaningful data and analysis
* Participate in company-wide budgeting and forecasting processes
* Manage and prioritize multiple projects and ad hoc financial initiatives
* Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner
* Ensure effective controls and governance in all financial processes
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
* Professionally qualified in finance or accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, university degree or equivalent)
* Advanced Excel skills; SQL experience is desirable
* Proven ability to report complex data findings clearly to stakeholders
* Demonstrated skill in constructing detailed financial models and communicating key assumptions and outputs
* Ability to work with and manipulate multiple data sets to solve analytical questions
* Strong commitment to problem solving and attention to detail
* Ability to manage workload and competing priorities effectively
* Energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn and develop rapidly
