What You’ll Be Doing
Proactively winning new business through outbound calls, networking, and market research
Building and managing strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Taking detailed job briefs and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement
Keeping CRM systems updated and maintaining a structured sales pipeline
Contributing to team targets and overall business growth
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales or recruitment, with a strong focus on new business
A confident, resilient communicator who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone
Highly adaptable – able to think on your feet and respond to client needs
Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Genuine interest in IT/technology markets
Ambition, energy, and a strong desire to succeed
What You’ll Get
Location: Epsom
Salary: Up to £35,000 + uncapped commission
Holiday: 20 days, increasing to 25 with service
