Training Administrator
Part Time – £14.14ph

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized training administrator to join the team in
Inverness on a flexible part time basis to support the day-to-day operations of a busy
training business.
This is a part time permanent role, working a minimum 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to work additional hours to cover holidays etc as needed.
Job details (Jobs may vary) –
1. Perform all general administrative tasks, including managing emails and telephone calls.
2. Organising training calendar & client bookings.
3. Process online bookings.
4. Liaise and co-ordinate date and courses with training instructors.
5. Organising course materials in advance.
6. Inputting of course data for certificate generation.
7. Liaise with SQA, DVSA and other accredited bodies.
8. Debt management & Invoicing.

9. Attention to detail is essential
10. IT skills including Microsoft Office and web-based programs.
11. Ability to prioritise tasks, be enterprising and manage me efficiently.
12. Problem solving skills and exercise initiative in decision-making.
13. Excellent communication skills at all levels.
14. Administration experience.
