Weekdays: 06:30am 18:45pm / 20:45pm 06:30am
Weekends: 07:00am 18:00pm / 21:00pm 07:00am
Make a Difference Where It Truly Matters Were looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team and provide person-centred care to an individual living in their family home in Rotherham .
This individual has complex clinical needs, but thats just one part of who they are.Your role will be to empower them to live life to the fullestsupporting both their daily care needs and their enjoyment of meaningful, enriching activities.
What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll provide high-quality, 1:1 care that is tailored to the individuals specific needs. Youll play a key part in their life by:
Supporting them with daily routines, personal care, and mobility
Promoting social engagement and wellbeing through outings and community activities
Assisting with household tasks to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe home
Communicating in their preferred style to build trust and connection
Working as part of a consistent team to ensure continuity of care and emotional support
What Youll Bring To succeed in this role, youll need to have prior experience in care and a genuine passion for supporting people with complex needs. You should also have experience in the following areas:
Complex care
Autism
Epilepsy
Behaviours that challenge
Mental health support
Being empathetic, reliable, and calm under pressure are essential qualities for this role.
