DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking HGV Class 1 Drivers to play a vital role in our distribution service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
* Various PM start times available
* Shift pattern available: Friday to Monday
* Nationwide RDC bay delivery work and backhauls, supplier collections - curtain sided trailer work
* Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
* Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
* You will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
* Have a MINIMUM of 4 months LGV C+E (HGV Class 1) 'on the road' commercial driving experience and have curtain sided trailer experience
* Ideally have RDC delivery experience
* Live locally to Tamworth
