Eduthing is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our growing sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a target-focused individual with a passion for education and a proven ability to generate revenue and build strong client relationships. You’ll play a key role in driving new business and managing customer accounts within the primary and secondary education sector, working closely with school leaders and decision-makers. This role is ideal for a proactive and positive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is eager to contribute to both personal and team success. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve (and exceed) monthly sales targets Manage both inbound and outbound sales activity Make 50–100 high-quality outbound calls daily, maintaining over 2 hours of call time Build relationships with senior school stakeholders including Headteachers, Deputy Heads, and School Business Managers Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline in line with forecasting expectations Respond promptly to enquiries to maximise sales opportunities Accurately update CRM systems and complete daily administration Deliver engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate key benefits Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings Support team initiatives, campaigns, and overall team performance What We’re Looking For Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Experience selling into the education sector (primary and secondary schools preferred) Confident communicator, able to engage senior decision-makers Highly organised with strong pipeline management skills Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven A positive team player who supports colleagues and contributes to team success Innovative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and opportunities Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) Basic understanding of SaaS or hosted solutions Objectives Exceed monthly sales and activity KPIs Deliver a consistently high standard of professional service Support and implement company campaigns and initiatives What You’ll Get Competitive salary commission Supportive team environment Career development opportunities Structured probation and ongoing performance reviews Additional Information You will undergo a six-month probation period with regular reviews.
