In this role, you will provide vital support to young people and adults with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them access learning, achieve academic goals, and develop independence. Key Responsibilities: * Support learners’ educational and social development under the direction of teaching and support staff. * Encourage independence, self‑advocacy, and development of study skills. * Assist with assessing learner progress and contributing to person‑centred support plans. * Provide personal care and mobility assistance where required. * Identify and reduce barriers to learning using appropriate strategies. * Ensure learners can access specialist equipment, support services and classroom activities. * Liaise with parents, carers, and external professionals when needed. * Participate in meetings and reviews to support learner development.
