Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a cost engineering or commercial role within the construction or infrastructure sectors
* Educated to Degree level or equivalent in a relevant engineering, construction or business-related field
* Full working knowledge and understanding of using web-based contract management tools
* Thorough understanding of NEC and JCT suite of contracts, and associated contract administration and negotiations
