A leading Connectivity Service Provider are seeking their next critical hire -a Senior Account Manager to lead engagement with commercial landlords and asset managers, securing agreements to deliver innovative connectivity solutions into key UK commercial properties.
UK-based | Hybrid working in London
Up to £50k base (dependent on experience) + DOUBLE OTE
The Opportunity…
In this critical position, you’ll be identifying and securing new building partnerships. By working with property owners, letting agents and operators, you’ll create and identify opportunities to deploy connectivity infrastructure across a multitude of sites with revenue-generating potential. Your goal is to qualify and win contracts with commercial buildings, enabling greater connectivity within them.
What You’ll Be Doing…
Identify and secure commercial properties suitable for connectivity solutions
Qualify buildings for commercial viability, with an emphasis on ‘on-net’ or cost-covered ‘off-net’ sites
Develop strategic plans for outbound activity and account growth
Engage with landlords and property owners to explore managed service opportunities
Stay ahead of market trends and contribute to proposition development
Meet monthly signed agreement targets aligned with your role level
What You’ll Bring…
Experience in sales, business development, or account management
Experience within telecoms, connectivity, or commercial property environments (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Connectivity, Broadband, ethernet, leased lines etc)
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Highly organised and confident managing multiple active opportunities
Comfortable liaising at all levels with clients and internal stakeholders
Ability to travel as needed – full UK driving licence required
