Job Title: Lead Clinician
Location: 3 Dimensions – Somerset TA20 3AJ
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
Contract: Permanent (Term time only, or flexibility around full-time contract can be discussed based on your personal circumstances)
Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

The role:
We seek a Lead Clinician to manage our Clinical Team at 3 Dimensions School in Somerset. The role involves clinical leadership and holding a therapy caseload. You will work with the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead to deliver assessment and intervention plans for students with complex needs related to autism, neurodivergence, trauma, and SEMH, primarily meeting EHCP requirements. You will also oversee line management and service development of the clinical team.

Location: 3 Dimensions, Somerset TA20 3AJ – part of Options Autism, supporting young people aged 5-16.
Essential Criteria:
* A registered practitioner with HCPC or equivalent
* Up-to-date professional registration and membership (e.g., BPS)
* Experience with autistic individuals and/or complex needs
* Clear report writing skills
* Experience supervising therapy teams
* Ability to work independently and dynamically
* Experience in multi-professional teams (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
