Overview
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and diligent catering supervisor for a fabulous small location near bustling King's Cross. This is a Monday -Friday role, an excellent opportunity for a catering assistant / barista looking to step up to a role with more responsibility and a wider range of skill development opportunities. This would be a brilliant stepping stone to a catering manager position in the future as part of our team.
Responsibilities
* Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory control
* Assist in the development of new menu items and innovative catering concepts
* Handle customer feedback professionally to resolve any issues promptly
* Ensure all equipment is maintained properly and operated safely
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
* Organise staffing schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimise productivity

Skills
* Excellent barista skills
* Proven experience in food preparation
* Confident using online ordering systems and invoicing
* Supervising experience within a hospitality or restaurant environment
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
* Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production
* Familiarity with kitchen operations, food presentation, and hospitality service standards
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
* Good communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively
* Comfortable working independently

Pay: £32,000.00-£34,944.00 per year
