This is a rare opportunity for an installer with strong technical knowledge to take ownership of a new department and help shape how we deliver high-quality ASHP installations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of our new air source heat pump installation division.
* Oversee all technical elements of ASHP installation, commissioning, fault-finding and maintenance.
* Act as the senior technical authority on-site and provide guidance to engineers and apprentices.
* Carry out surveys, specification checks and ensure every install meets industry standards.
* Support operational planning, job scheduling and quality assurance across all projects.
* Build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Work with senior management to help grow the division and ensure safe, compliant delivery.
