Support Worker Open Day - 31st March Location: Oldbury Pay rate: £12.44 - £14.50 per hour (weekly and Monthly pay available) Shift pattern: Days, Nights and Weekends available (package dependant) A meaningful role supporting someone to live life to the fullest We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join our organisation, supporting people who live in their own homes across the West Midlands. We support a wide range of individuals, both adults and children, with lots of different needs including Complex Care (Peg Feeding, Tracheostomy, Stoma Bags etc), Brain injuries and also Learning disabilities/autism. To help them make the most of days out/going into the community, were looking for people who know the local area - a full UK driving license would be beneficial. What youll be doing As a Support Worker, youll play an important role in helping these individuals live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include: Providing high-quality support on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing Supporting communication in the way that works best for them Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment This is a role where your presence genuinely makes a difference every day.
