Position: Mobile Multi skilled Engineer\n\nLocation: Leeds, Huddersfield\n\nSalary: £40,000 per annum\n\nBenefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, company van, fuel card, overtime available, 1/4 call out, £100 standby fee\n\nOverview\nAn established and growing building services company is seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join their regional team. This is a field-based role covering commercial sites across Leeds and Manchester. The role offers a good level of autonomy, a varied working environment, and the opportunity to be part of a smaller, more personal team where engineers are truly valued.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings\nFault finding, testing and inspection, and general electrical repairs on lighting, power, emergency systems, and distribution boards\nSupport with mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, pumps, motors) and general building fabric maintenance (e.g., doors, basic plumbing, tiling, and patch repairs)\nComplete service and maintenance documentation accurately and in a timely manner\nEnsure all work is carried out safely and in line with health & safety guidelines\nLiaise with site contacts and represent the company professionallyQulaifications:\n\nCity & Guilds in Electrical Installation (any edition considered) - further qualifications can be supported\nNVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Building Services preferred\nMinimum 3 years' experience in one role - stable work history is essential\nExperience working in commercial environments (e.g., offices, retail, hospitality, or public buildings)Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
