R S Skips Ltd is a well-established, family-run Skip Hire & Waste Management company based in Gravesend, Kent. We are seeking to recruit an experienced HGV Class 2 Tippe driver to join our team. The successful applicant must hold a valid class 2 license, driver CPC, and possess a digital tachograph. Work will involve the delivery, exchanges, and collections of skips for both domestic and commercial customers to North West Kent and South East London areas. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Deliver materials to designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered. Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and well-maintained, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
