* Using the CRM to manage bookings, send joining instructions, and track attendance
* Creating simple marketing materials using templates (e.g. Canva, DotDigital)
* Supporting virtual and in-person events using platforms like BigMarker or Evessio
* Sending out feedback surveys and helping pull together post-event reports
* Responding to event-related emails and queries
* Providing general admin support across the wider team when needed
What We’re Looking For
Essential
* Experience working on events (online or in-person)
* Good admin and organisation skills
* Confident using systems like a CRM or booking platform
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Able to work well both independently and with others
Desirable
* Experience working in a membership body or professional services environment
* Understanding of data protection in an events context
* Familiarity with tools like BigMarker, Canva, or DotDigital
