Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will be a self-sufficient marketer, working autonomously and ensuring all marketing activities—from campaigns and events to agency collaborations—are aligned with business objectives and delivered efficiently. Acting as a bridge between marketing and sales, the role supports commercial growth through sales collateral, customer engagement, and positioning the company as a leader in precious metals recovery through thought leadership campaigns.
Qualifications
We are looking for people who have:
* Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in industrial, technical or niche markets
* Strong experience in working closely with sales teams to support business growth
* Experience managing agencies and external partners to deliver value add marketing programmes
* Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
