Job Description
The Credit Controller will;
3. Managing the timely collection of all customer accounts
4. Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures for the credit control process
5. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
6. Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
7. Preparing statements, client status reports, and all relevant information as required
8. Managing sales ledger accounts and keeping them updated
9. Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances
10. Assisting in the preparation of management reports when required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. A solid understanding of accounting and finance principles
12. Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Office and Accounting software
13. High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
14. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
15. Strong understanding of the professional services industry
16. Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
