Our service is growing, and we are excited to announce upcoming opportunities to join our Radiology Clerical team at St Albans City Hospital.
This role is perfect for those with strong communication skills who thrive in a close-knit team environment while also collaborating with a wide range of professionals across the hospital.
As part of this team, you'll provide vital administrative and clerical support for ultrasound and other imaging services.
If you have experience in a customer-facing role and are interested in a rewarding NHS career focused on patient support, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming patients and service users to the department.
* Booking patients in for their examinations and directing to the relevant sub waiting areas.
* Arranging Ultrasound and other appointments in line with clinical pathway targets.
* Answering telephone queries and other general clerical duties.
With a new hospital planned for Watford and work underway to update theatres at St Albans City Hospital, this is an exciting time to join us.
