We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Banbury branch, specialising in industrial temporary recruitment. This is a true 360 role, where you will take ownership of both client relationships and candidate delivery.
Youll be joining a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same. From winning new business to ensuring clients are fully supported with high-quality candidates, this role offers a great mix of sales, service and operational delivery.
What youll be doing:
* Building and developing new business opportunities across the Banbury area
* Managing and growing existing client relationships
* Sourcing and recruiting candidates for temporary industrial roles
* Filling vacancies quickly and efficiently to meet client demands
* Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial brief through to placement
* Maintaining compliance and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
* Delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates

* Previous recruitment experience or a strong background in sales/customer-facing roles
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
