We are looking for a FemaleTeam Leader to join our Connect 5 Service which is a service that provides a wide range of support for people with physical and learning disabilities in the west end of Glasgow.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth, effective running of these services and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all organisational administrative tasks as well as ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered.
The Team leader will be responsible for managing their own time and support hours, they will be supported by Project Managers.
This is a full-time position working 39 hours per week. £30,643 per annum.
Due to the people we support within this service this is a female only post. (Occupational requirement in line with schedule 9, part 1 of the Equality Act 2010)
