The Company: A global FM and property management company. The Role: You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of M&E building services for a healthcare facility in Stockton on Tees. You will also be responsible for carrying out general PPM's and first line maintenance of general plumbing and building fabric. You will be part of a 2 man team working on opposites of the shift pattern below. This is a 2 week shift pattern on a 42 hour week, Week 1 : working - Mon, Tues, Sat ,Sun.
