Job Description
Are you an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) seeking opportunities in Kent for September 2025? Whether you're looking to start your induction, seeking short-term or flexible work, or aiming for competitive pay rates, we want to hear from you.
With over six years of experience and strong relationships with secondary schools across Kent, we have a high volume of placements for the 23/24 & 24/25 academic years. We frequently place ECTs in their first or second assignments, often leading to permanent roles.
Demand for cover in Kent remains high across various subjects including Maths, English, Science, PE, Music, DT, Languages, and Humanities. We offer consistent paid work, including day-to-day supply, long-term, and permanent positions, providing valuable classroom experience and the opportunity to find the right school fit.
This flexible work is ideal for teachers wanting to gain experience, supplement their income, or explore different educational settings. You can choose how often you work, with the ability to select preferred schools.
We also provide CV writing support and interview tips to help advance your career. Referring a friend can earn you £350 in high street shopping vouchers.
