Project Manager (Construction)
Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for construction and a knack for delivering excellence? A leading construction Project Management consultancy in London is seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic refurbishement and fit out team to work on some fantastic projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
* Coordinate with stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Skills and Experience Required
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
* Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* MRICS accreditation is advantageous but not mandatory.
* A calm, intellectual approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
* Candidates need to know how to administer a JCT Contract.
