Job Position: Graduate Consultant - via the Grayce Graduate Development Programme
Location: North West
Starting Salary: £25,000
Application Requirements: Minimum 2:1 or above in any undergraduate subject; Ability to work on site 5 days a week; Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme
Responsibilities
* Delivery: You will typically work for one client, delivering high quality outcomes during your Grayce tenure. Skills required include natural curiosity, proactivity, adaptability, effective communication and problem solving.
* Mentoring: Thrive under the guidance of our Delivery Managers and Technical Trainers who will provide support and insights.
* Progression: Starting as an Analyst with potential for significant salary progression; complete a minimum of 6 industry recognised accreditations during the programme.

Understanding roles within the programme
* Business Analyst (BA): Investigate and analyse business needs, identify improvement opportunities, define requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives; address people, processes, technology and organisational structure to deliver value while minimising risks.
* Project Manager (PM): Support planning, execution and monitoring of projects to deliver on time and within budget; assist in task delegation, resource management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication and process improvement.
* Project Management Office (PMO): Establish and maintain project management standards, ensuring timely delivery, scope/quality adherence and budget control; oversee governance, methodology, planning, stakeholder engagement, benefits tracking and risk management.
* Product Manager: Define product vision, create roadmaps, prioritise features based on customer needs and business goals; ensure quality and functionality that resonates with key stakeholders.
