Available Roles Flex Tutor (Maths or English) Contract: Hourly, flexible until May 2026 Hours: 0–15 hours/week – consistent weekly slot(s) based on your availability Salary: £18/hour holiday pay Start: Offered sessions from September 2025 | Tuition begins October 2025 What You’ll Do Deliver small-group tuition (1–3 students) in GCSE maths or English using our structured curriculum. Build student confidence and skills in short, high-impact weekly sessions (1–1.5 hours). Use our fully resourced lessons – no planning required. Ongoing development and access to our supportive Tutor Academy. Opportunities to progress within education or the charity sector. Requirements Right to work in the UK. Minimum Grade C/4 in GCSE English and maths. A-level (or equivalent) in a relevant subject at grade B or above. Minimum 2:2 degree (or currently studying toward one). Availability for at least 2 hours/week for 15 weeks. Commitment to 2 full days of paid training. Travel to Hartlepool campus (or online-ready, depending on availability).
