Depot Manager Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Depot Manager at our Swindon depot.
We are seeking a motivated individual to oversee the efficient operation of our depot, managing sales, administrative tasks, and leading a team to success.
Duties:
* Distribute work assignments and supervise fitters
* Manage general administration tasks
* Conduct monthly petty cash returns
* Ensure accurate stock movements and inventory control
* Utilize knowledge of truck tires, car tires, agricultural, and plant equipment
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships
* Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Skills:
* Strong administrative capabilities
* Bilingual proficiency is a plus
* Effective time management abilities
* Multilingual skills are advantageous
* Experience in team management
* Proven ability to manage operations efficiently
* Background in retail management is beneficial
* Demonstrated aptitude for selling products The ideal candidate for this position should possess a current driving license as a company vehicle will be provided.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
