Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field Minimum 2 years experience in IT Project Management, ideally within an MSP or IT consultancy environment Proven experience delivering IT projects such as: - Cloud migrations (Azure / Microsoft 365) - Onboarding new customers - Infrastructure upgrades and swap-outs Strong understanding of: - Cloud and on-premise infrastructure - IT software, support and service delivery within a busy MSP Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar) Cloud certification such as Azure Fundamentals or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Solid understanding of IT cyber security, audit and compliance Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language Confident facilitating workshops, demonstrations and whiteboarding sessions Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills Customer-focused, results-driven mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude Responsibilities: Define and document project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with customers and stakeholders Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and resource plans Coordinate and manage project activities, tasks and dependencies to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery Provide clear and regular project status updates to customers, stakeholders, vendors and internal teams Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes, escalating where required Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations and align with internal standards and procedures Conduct project reviews, lessons learned and post-implementation feedback sessions Build strong working relationships with customers and account managers to help develop and manage a forward pipeline of projects Initiate projects from inception, aligning delivery with business objectives Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, reporting and best practices Technologies: Azure Cloud Support Microsoft 365 Project Manager Security Office 365 More: We are a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Bromley, currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our Project Management Office.
