Responsibilities
* Lead the technical development of Flight Control hardware for primary and secondary control systems.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to electrical engineers across architecture, design, requirements, and certification testing.
* Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with systems, software, and mechanical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in electrical design engineering within aerospace or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of electronic architecture, certification standards, and safety‑critical systems.
* Demonstrated leadership in technical mentoring and project oversight.
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
