Computer Science Teacher – Secondary School (Amesbury)
Prospero Teaching are working with a welcoming Secondary School in Amesbury who are looking to appoint a Computer Science Teacher for a September start. You will be joining a supportive and inclusive school community, with a strong focus on pastoral care and student progress.
The school is particularly interested in teachers who can deliver engaging Computer Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the ability to inspire learners and bring the subject to life in the classroom.
As a Computer Science Teacher at the school, you will play a key role in supporting students to achieve their potential, delivering high-quality lessons, and contributing to the wider school culture.

1. Location – Amesbury, Wiltshire

7. Minimum rate of pay – Paid to scale
8. Hours – 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, plus parent’s evenings and department meetings
Experience, Training and Qualifications
9. QTS or equivalent
10. Minimum 1 year experience teaching Computer Science in a UK Secondary School
11. Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4
12. Up to date Safeguarding training (within the last year desirable)

14. Enhanced child barred list DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
15. Two professional child-related references covering the last 2 years
