Job Title: Sports Coaches – Primary School Support Roles

Are you a passionate Sports Coach looking for a new challenge? Cover People UK are recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Sports Coaches to work in Primary Schools across Tameside, supporting pupils in and out of the classroom.
This is a fantastic opportunity to use your coaching skills to make a positive difference to children’s lives, not only in PE lessons but also across the school day.
What the role involves:
* Supporting pupils with behaviour management, focus and engagement
* Delivering intervention activities using sport and physical activity to build confidence
* Assisting teachers in lessons across the curriculum
* Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis to provide tailored support
* Promoting positive attitudes, teamwork and resilience through sport
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working with young people (coaching, youth work or schools)
* Confidence, adaptability and excellent communication skills
* A positive role model who can motivate and inspire children
* Flexibility to support across different age groups in a primary school setting
* Driving licence and own transport desirable, but not essential
