Role: IT Network Manager

We’re on the lookout for an IT Network Manager to join our Head Office IT team at EG Group and lead the management of our network across European data centres and office locations. In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in optimising, safeguarding and modernising EG Group’s network to meet the demands of our fast-paced global business.

Design and implement network infrastructure and architecture to meet business needs.
Lead the development of network policies, processes, SOPs, and strategic planning.
Manage and monitor the performance of LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, switches, and routers.
Deliver hardware and software upgrades with minimal user disruption.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners to drive seamless integration and performance.
Champion network best practices and mentor junior IT staff.
5+ years of experience in network engineering or network management.
~ Proven success in designing and managing enterprise-level network environments.
~ Strong knowledge of network security, Zero Trust, and compliance frameworks.
~ Experience with network modernisation and cloud integration projects.
~ Ability to manage complex projects, make data-driven decisions, and drive results.
