Yard Operatives & Counterbalance Forklift Drivers Required Location: G.F.P Agriculture, DN20 0SQ We are currently recruiting Yard Operatives and Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a busy agricultural operation on a temporary basis. Counterbalance Driver Duties Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently Handling live loads, including bags of seed Loading and unloading lorries Supporting warehouse and yard operations Carrying out general warehouse duties when not operating the forklift Yard Operative Duties General yard and warehouse duties Assisting with loading and unloading activities Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Supporting the wider team with operational tasks as required Working Hours 6.00-18.00 Monday - Friday & Saturday 6.00 -12.00 Days 18.00- 6.00 Sunday - Friday Nights Occasional Saturday mornings (half day) Day and night shifts available Pay Rates Yard Operatives Days: £13.50 per hour Nights: £15.00 per hour Counterbalance Drivers Days: £14.50 per hour Nights: £16.00 per hour Overtime Paid at 1.5x standard hourly rate Requirements Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (for Counterbalance Driver roles) Comfortable working in a warehouse/yard environment Willingness to undertake manual handling and general duties alongside forklift work Reliable and able to work as part of a team If you're available from mid/end July and interested in either role, we'd love to hear from you.If you want the continuation of regular work right throughout the year with excellent pay rates and the potential of a full time job with immediate starts then please contact the industrial team on: 01482 212306 or you or email us your CV to: rjude@prestige-recruitment.com to discuss this role or any other vacancies Prestige Recruitment Specialists can offer you or email us your CV
