Job title: Franchise Recruitment Lead
Location: Hybrid role required to be in Epsom three days a week
Salary:£50,000 plus commission scheme
Hours: 9:00-17:00 Mon-Fri

The Franchise Recruitment Lead is responsible for the pro-active lead generation and the franchise recruitment process. You will identify suitable prospects and take them through the franchise recruitment process, from the initial qualification call through to them joining the network.

This role ensures prospects are fully armed with all the information they need to enable them to make the decision to purchase the franchise, whilst ensuring all candidates meet the brand criteria and values.

Key Relationship:

Reports to Director of Franchising

Line management responsibilities Not applicable

Internal stakeholders:

1. Franchise Recruitment Manager
2. Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
3. Operational teams – central and branch
4. Support office teams – including finance, payroll, HR, training marketing, IT
5. Prospects
6. Anyone within Prestige Nursing & Care that is interested in a franchise opportunity

External Stakeholders:

7. Franchise Legal Support
8. Franchise Finance agent
9. British Franchise Association
10. Franchise exhibition suppliers
11. Banks
12. Atlas mapping

As a Franchise Recruitment Lead your responsibilities will include:

13. Manage inbound franchise enquiries from first contact to contract signature
14. Qualify prospects against financial, operational, and cultural criteria
15. Present the franchise opportunity via calls, meetings, and discovery events
16. Guide candidates through due diligence, business planning, and funding discussions
17. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
18. Work collaboratively with Franchise Recruitment Manager and the wider Epsom support team
19. Ensure compliance with franchising legislation and internal processes
20. Represent the brand at exhibitions, discovery days, and networking events
21. Deliver inspiring PowerPoint presentations to prospects.
22. Present the Franchise Model with passion and knowledge.
23. Full understanding of the Franchise Agreement.
24. Have an in-depth understanding of the business plan and the financial model.
25. Be available to answer prospects questions via phone, email, webinars, and face-to-face meetings.
26. Be able to travel to meet with prospects nationwide as and when required.
27. Contribute to sales team meetings.
28. Develop strong and positive working relationships with all colleagues and departments.
29. Any other reasonable duty that falls within your capabilities

Key Performance Indicators:

30. Average sales cycle length
31. Lead response time
32. Franchisee retention and post‑launch success indicator
33. Franchise agreements signed
34. Conversion rates at each pipeline stage

Experience:

35. Proven experience in sales within the care sector, franchise development, or business development
36. Strong consultative selling and relationship‑building skills
37. Commercial acumen
38. Excellent communication and presentation skills
39. Highly organised with strong CRM discipline

Competencies:

40. Motivated with a can-do attitude.
41. Highly organised and able to work to deadlines.
42. Works well within a team, but also able to work independently.
43. Data-Driven
44. Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentation.
45. Self-motivated
46. Motivated to work in the care sector.
47. Experience in franchising
48. Experience in health & social care, understanding of CQC regulations
49. Understanding of UK franchise regulations
50. Financial literacy (P&L understanding, funding models)

Education/Professional qualifications:

Formal qualifications are not necessary, however demonstratable industry experience and the use of IT support systems is a requirement. Alongside good numerical, verbal & written communication skills.

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake enhanced DBS/PVG, right to work, reference and employment history checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice. You may be asked to provide your employment details through HMRC.
