Staffline is recruiting for a Recruitment Account Coordinator to join our dedicated team Barnsley, Hoyland, supplying temporary HGV Drivers to a thriving operation in Doncaster.
Whether you already have on-site recruitment experience or come with transferable skills and a customer-first mindset, we'll provide you with full training and support to thrive in this fast-paced, rewarding role.
Shift Pattern will be on a weekly rotation:
Week 1: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Week 2: 11:00am - 7:00pm
Your Time at Work
As a Recruitment Account Coordinator, your role will be varied and engaging, with each day offering something new. You'll be instrumental in supporting our client's staffing needs, whilst ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Fulfilling staffing requirements in line with client deadlines
- Recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new workers
- Accurately processing data for weekly payroll
- Managing administrative tasks such as absences and change requests
- Maintaining compliance and audit-ready records
- Providing outstanding customer service and promptly addressing worker queries
You'll be encouraged to grow professionally, with ongoing coaching and development. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys solving problems and making a difference.

A full UK driving licence is highly desired for this role, and HGV logistics knowledge would be an advantage.
