Key Responsibilities: Act as first line support to the Branch Manager to lead and support the team to deliver success and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement. Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions. Develop great relationships with new and existing Customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible. Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth. Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey. Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work. Required Skills and Experience: Proven background in Sales with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets. Sales leadership experience with coaching and development. It is important you have can evidence experience in motivating and driving sales for this role.
