Working for an independent body set up by the Welsh Government who liaises with the public regarding their experiences of Health and Social Care across Wales.
Your new role
* Travel across Powys attending events and engaging with different communities
* Attend public-facing events hosted by partner organisations or community engagement stands
* Distribute and explain information about the organisation and services they offer to the public
* Work independently on outreach activities when required
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in engaging with the public
* Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport quickly with people from all backgrounds.
* Comfortable working both outdoors and indoors at events or stands
* Must be able and willing to travel independently across Powys as part of the role
* Driver and access to own vehicle
* Must pass driving licence and DBS check
* Access to Newtown or Brecon office
What you'll get in return
* DBS fees covered by agency
* Temporary role for approx 6 months
* Full or part-time hours available
* £14.05 per hour
