Design and deliver high-impact analyses that reveal key product usage trends and customer behaviors Build clean, scalable SQL queries and lead code reviews to maintain data integrity and team excellence Partner closely with Product, CX, and Marketing to scope needs and translate questions into actionable data stories Develop dashboards and KPIs that drive visibility, clarity, and strategic alignment across teams Use tools like R, Python, Tableau, and Redshift to explore data and uncover hidden opportunities Advise Product Development on usage tracking strategies and data schema design to improve analytics quality Present findings to senior leadership with clarity and confidence, turning insights into action Lead independent research projects and mentor junior analysts to grow a culture of curiosity and rigor Experience You Bring: 5 years of hands-on experience in quantitative analysis, with a focus on product or customer insights Deep proficiency in SQL, plus fluency in tools like Python, R, Tableau, and Excel Strong communication skills—you know how to make complex data feel approachable and actionable A curious mindset and a sharp eye for patterns, trends, and anomalies Experience navigating large data sets, ambiguous problems, and shifting priorities with ease Comfort working across teams and disciplines, translating analytical needs into scalable solutions Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment A collaborative spirit and mentoring mindset.
