The role of Scheme Manager will include:
1. Completing weekly wellbeing calls to residents who require this service at the scheme and make safeguarding referrals when required
2. Signing up new tenants & carrying out visits where required
3. Completing compliance testing including fire alarm checks and water temp checks
4. Reporting any hazards and supporting the repairs of these to ensure communal areas are kept free
5. Referring residents to support agencies when required and helping them access the different service available to them
6. Dealing with low level anti-social behaviour complaints within the scheme and resolving resident disputes
7. Covering for colleagues in the local Team as required
Skills and experiences:
8. Experience of working with older people in a support capacity and understanding their individual needs or similar
9. Numeracy and literacy to the equivalent of GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths
10. Excellent knowledge of effective communication at all levels
11. Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
12. Experience of resident involvement and community care values would be an advantage
13. Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
14. Occasional travel may be requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential

25. £23,682 per annum (rising to £24,415 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
The full time equivalent salary for this role is £25,374 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to £26,159 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
