We are looking for a Head of Infrastructure to take ownership of our global technical environment and lead from the front.
This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to either an experienced infrastructure leader or a senior Tier 3 engineer ready to step up into management.
You will be responsible for shaping and delivering infrastructure strategy, ensuring resilience, security, performance, and cost‑efficiency across the business.
Technology Environment
Full Microsoft stack
Meraki / Cisco / Dell equipment
FortiGate and Fortinet security solutions
Experience
3+ years’ experience leading, supervising, or managing a Tier 3 infrastructure team
OR
A strong Tier 3 technical specialist looking to step into a leadership role managing a global infrastructure team
Proven experience driving or supporting ISO27001 certification
Qualifications
No specific qualifications required – we value experience and capability over formal credentials
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a global technical infrastructure team (structure to be defined)
Define and deliver infrastructure strategy across the organisation
Balance system resilience, security, performance, and cost to serve
Oversee all infrastructure service contracts and maintenance schedules
Manage and support the help desk service team
Take full ownership of infrastructure operations and outcomes
Confident self-starter who takes full ownership and accountability
Proactive mindset – does not wait to be directed
Strong sense of responsibility: the buck stops with this role
Hands‑on leader who leads by example and drives standards
