Community Integrated Care is hiring Specialist Advanced Support Workers for a new service in the Warrington area. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced and skilled support workers to take the next step. You will be supporting an adult with learning disabilities, Tourette's, OCD, and complex needs to live their best life possible.
Responsibilities
* Spend your whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives.
* Provide high-quality care and support in a new home (Burtonwood, Warrington).
* Deliver person-centred support, promoting independence and wellbeing.
* Build strong, meaningful relationships with the person and their team.
* Work in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Qualifications & Experience
* Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 in Social Care or relevant experience in social care if no qualification.
* Experience with autism, learning disabilities, mental health, and complex physical health conditions is preferred.
* Ability to connect with people and mentor colleagues; strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
* Driving would be a huge benefit, as the property is not easily accessible by public transport.

* £15.32 per hour, £28,000 to £38,000 per year.

Role Details
This role is available for Day (8am–8pm) and Night (8pm–8am) shifts.
