The Zetter Collection is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead the digital, brand, and e-commerce marketing strategy across our growing portfolio of distinctive boutique hotels.
Known for our characterful properties and warm, personal hospitality, The Zetter Collection blends thoughtful design with the spirit of the neighbourhoods we call home. With hotels in Clerkenwell, Marylebone and the soon-to-open Zetter Bloomsbury, we are entering an exciting period of growth and brand visibility.
We are looking for a commercially minded marketing professional who can combine creative storytelling with strong digital and e-commerce expertise, helping to elevate our brand presence while driving direct bookings and revenue performance.
The Role
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Marketing Manager will lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, enhance the guest journey, and drive measurable commercial results.
This role sits at the heart of the business, working closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, and external creative partners to ensure our marketing efforts support both brand positioning and revenue growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing initiatives, overseeing website performance, and developing engaging content that captures the unique personality of The Zetter Collection.
