The Role: What Youll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Advisor, youll act as the key point of contact for clients, supporting them throughout their journey with professionalism and care.
* Manage a high volume of client enquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses
* Maintain and update accurate case files, keeping all information current and accessible
* Clearly explain case updates and processes in a simple, client-friendly manner
* Liaise with internal legal teams to communicate client needs and support positive outcomes
* Balance multiple cases and prioritise tasks effectively based on urgency
* Accurately document all client interactions and ensure timely follow-up
* Handle client concerns with a calm, solutions-focused approach
* Provide administrative support including scheduling and file organisation
* Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth communication
* Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service at every touchpoint

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service
* Ability to handle queries and resolve issues with confidence and professionalism
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
* Competent in Microsoft Office and case management/CRM systems
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic working environment
* Previous experience in legal, financial, or professional services (desirable)
* Awareness of compliance and regulatory standards (advantageous)
