NHS Co-ordinator Lead
Location: Fulwood Hall Hospital, Preston
Hours: hours per week, Full-time

Summary:
Fulwood Hall Hospital was opened as a purpose built facility in 1986. In 2009 the hospital completed a £9m pound investment to refurbish and expand the site, making it the largest independent hospital in Lancashire and one of the largest in the north of England.
The hospital has six consulting rooms supported by a fully equipped outpatient treatment room, a pre-assessment unit for screening and assessing patients prior to surgery as well as modern imaging facilities and a brand new physio and sports therapy department including gymnasium.
The role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional individual with excellent organisational skills to join our team. Working as part of the NHS team, the role will include the management of NHS referrals and waiting lists, preparation of outpatient clinic lists, and dealing with queries regarding NHS referrals.
Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring relevant SOPs, Guidelines and Process Flows are implemented, maintained and monitored
2. Supporting the administration teams to achieve the company objectives and key performance indicators
3. Working closely with the Business Relations Manager
4. Providing internal e-RS training with the support from the Head of Primary Care Services
5. Arranging and chairing weekly e-RS utilisation meetings including weekly review of current waiting times against competitor hospitals and Future Slot Utilisation Report
6. Monitoring the Maxims Referral Worklist for any DummyICAB patients and investigate/action as required on a daily basis.

14. A knowledge of the NHS eRS system would be advantageous
